Perfume costs EBay $2.5 million in France

Reports that the French courts have decided to slap eBay France with a 2.5 million dollar fine for allowing a sale of brand of perfume in France. Its a pretty strange verdict, guess its someone who doesnt really know the scale and difficulty it takes to actually be able to filter out such cases on an individual listing basis.
